Company Nurse | Ortigas, Pasig City  

1. Provide reports on employee health, sickness & injuries.

2. Can facilitate the investigation in case of accidents or sickness

3. Assists all injured employees to the nearest clinics or hospitals.

4. Act as an HR admin assistant, particularly in generating DOLE compliance reports

5. Plan and recommend sufficient stocks of first-aid medicines, and kits, as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Code (DOLE)

6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

7. Analyze information and identify workplace improvement needs.

8. Act as the Human Resources communications coordinator for the launch of special programs and events.

1. Preferably Female, with a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing and Board passer.

2. With at least 2 years of experience as a company nurse and background in Employee engagement

3. Should have first aid experience and knows how to handle emergency situations

4. Highly compliant, strict with policies and able to enforce HR policies consistently

5. Literate in Microsoft program and must have good communication skills

6. With attention to deadlines and task deliverables

7. Willing to be deployed at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
