Talent Acquisition Specialist  

• Manage recruitment email inbox. Responding to/forwarding emails in the recruitment mailbox in a timely manner.
• Arranging interviews, book interview rooms and sending out confirmations.
• Administering the Assessment Test.
• Tracking the renewal and completion of fixed-term contracts.
• Dealing with queries from candidates and employees, line managers, and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining and organizing the recruitment archive folders.
• Uploading job adverts onto external websites
• Search CV’s database sites and social media channels for candidates and contact then regarding the roles.
• Completion and circulation of the weekly vacancy report and vacancy statistics spreadsheets.
• Actively source new channels or opportunities to market (PESO,Job Fairs and other Job Sites)
• Sending the welcome email to new starters on their 1st day including relevant attachments, job description etc.
• Preparation of Employment contracts and new joiner packs in a timely manner.
• Produce all employee change letters regarding confirmations of changes in job title, salary and internal promotions.
• Proactively work with the Department Heads regarding potential extensions when agreed end date approaches.
• Weekly update of Applicants Database.
• Weekly/Monthly update of Manpower complement.
• Receives and encode new employees data in HR Database.
• Close monitoring of Master list of employees on a weekly/monthly basis.

Must have:

• Has Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Has 1-2 years of experience in End to End Recruitment or Talent Acquisition and similar roles.
• Has experience in Executive Search.
