Job Description
- Work with the prime leader as a strategic advisor on constant improvement of sales organization performance & accountability.
- Develop & roll out frameworks and templates on how to best present JBP pitch, Business Review, and Performance review in a data-backed but easy to understand, concise, coherent, contains meaningful insights & recommendations.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders on developing data collection automation, dashboards, tools to support point
- Develop an instantaneous alert system based on clients’ performance daily to be fed to all salespeople so that they can take appropriate action. Scope includes: Data collection, data analysis, Data presentation, Insight generation, Problems identifications, Formulate Solutions/Recommendations
- Hold Sales leaders accountable for following up with the output of the systems
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of consulting and account management experience
- Must have digital marketing knowledge at least intermediate level
- Good communications and articulations skills in both Bahasa & English
- Good stakeholder management skills love working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Good at working with data, able to process data into actionable insights & recommendations
- Good skill at the visualization of complex data
- Good presentation skill and good storytelling skill
- Have experience in formulating strategy and roll it out to wider stakeholders
- Comfortable and good at working with presentations (PPT, Google Slides)
- Comfortable and good at working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Having sales experience is a plus
