Job Description
Tokopedia is looking for a Customer Relation Manager for our potential new business venture, the selected applicant will be responsible to:
- Build, maintain, and oversee profitable relationships with key customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing the needs
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from business/ finance/ administration or any related field
- 3 years of proven experience in the related field, preferably from startup/ tech industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
