Job Description
- Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow existing merchant customer base
- To monitor campaigns against KPI's, be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks to increase sales
- Sound Leadership skills covering collaboration, negotiation, influencing to work across departments and with external parties
- Complete accurate, objective, and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reports in timely manner
- Create and present the sales, revenue, and expenses report and realistic forecasts per city to Tokopedia's Management Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Min 3-5 years in sales area experience from Telco, FMCG, and e-Commerce Industries
- Has background in expansion new store/distributor will be good
- Should have experience to handle the area coverage and based in Denpasar, Bali
- Good leadership and communication skill is a must
