Job Description
- Lead a team in ads developing business/category development strategies to improve sales results and deliver customer acquisition and satisfaction objectives
- Ensure sales team ads consistently achieves monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with clients to implement promotional and marketing events
- Need to have the ability to scale (i.e massive program/communication for sellers and able to understand the localization)
- Develop and maintain operating budget and capital expense plan
- Leadership duties such as mentoring and preparing career paths Identify opportunities for business and category development based on consumer metrics if required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration or other related fields 4+ years of work experience in product marketing, business development, digital marketing, strategy consulting 2 years in a managerial role Knowledge of platform monetization and ad technology Strong analytical experience and data driven decision-maker
- Proficient presentation & communication skills, proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships
- Ability to gain deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
- Highly motivated, self-starter who transforms challenging business problems into tangible action plans
