Job Description
- Lead the annual budgeting process, cross-functional analysis, long term financial forecasting and special projects
- Managing the company's expectation to financial budget, but also provide deep insights to move drive business performance
- Manage a team responsible for multiple analytical and Business Partner functions, analyzing business and financial KPIs and other key projects
- Provide analysis of the monthly P&L report: financial results versus forecast, prior year and budget
- Perform revenue, margin, and operating expense variance analysis. Head count tracking and payroll costs analysis
- Lead ong-term financial elements strategic planning
Minimum Qualifications
- The selected candidate will build the FP&A and Business Partners functions, including business case and business partnering roles with heavy emphasis on hiring, development, process improvements, and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or any related field; MBA Preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FP&A role in a mid-size to large financial institution. High Tech AND Big 4 Accounting c experience is a plus
- Expert knowledge of financial planning
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excel & PowerPoint advanced skill set
- Experienced, effective and caring leader of teams
- Technically inclined: you quickly learn and master new information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to focus on the details
