Job Description
- To work closely with each of operations LOB (Line of Business) to achieve the desired metrics.
- Intervene and collaborate with each of LOB (Line of Business) leads to identify the root cause to fix the declining metrics as soon as possible.
- To monitor and quantify all improvement projects in operations function.
- To proactively explore tools or features that able to minimize or reduce inefficient manual handling process in operational area (e.g: intent classification for social media tickets to route inquiries to certain group of agents).
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student from reputable university in any field.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, growth mindset and good communication skill.
- Able to work individually and in team.
- Eager to learn and improve yourself.
- Available for minimum 3 months of internship period.
- Available as soon as possible.
- Able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
