Job Description
- Manage end-to-end process for Tokopedia homepage & campaign needs
- Consolidate all campaign needs for entry points & landing page
- Do QA & QC for all banners and landing pages to make sure that the flow given to the users is already the best
- Handle all process and flow for Business Unit's exposure in home
- Constantly analyze platform performance, give idea and execute testing for content improvement
- Optimize all the home & native landing page performance
- Do benchmarking for improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Detail oriented to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills, can deal with different type of people cross function & tribes
- Fast learner
- Excellent in project management
- Able to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
- Have good sense about user experience, can translate the business objective into a landing page
- Data driven person
- Min 1 years of working experience.
- Job background preference: Business Operations / Business Development in start-up company
