Job Description
- Drive cross-functional initiatives in order to achieve business and operational KPIs
- Translate business objectives into business process design and SOPs that meet with compliance and SLA requirements
- Drive coordination, communication and integration across different departments, functions, and partners to ensure most efficient business processes, but not limited to system-based process but also manual process
- Design and monitoring of business and operational metrics to provide data-driven insights in business and products improvements
- Support Lending and Funding function to balance supply and demand of funding needed, from operational perspective
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Business or closely related field
- 2+ years experiences as business or operation analyst with excellent communication skills
- Experience in designing business processes
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skill and ability to effectively communicate with business, operation, products and technical teams.
- Proven ability to solve complex business challenges
- Passion for operation excellence with a commitment to delight customers
- The ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset.
- Good knowledge of SAS/SQL/Oracle and Excel is a plus
