Job Description

  • Driving overall merchandising strategy for the assigned channel to achieve the financial targets (sales, gross margin, other income) and operational targets (service level, DSI, OOS)
  • Demonstrating analytical skills in managing inventories in order to make decision for future assortment needs
  • Building data-driven seasonal merchandise plan and deciding the product life cycle by working with principals
  • Buillding relationships with principals

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience as Buyer/Merchandising Manager in top retail companies (hypermarket/supermarket/minimarket/etc) and/or as Key Account Manager in FMCG companies with key focus on Food categories
  • Having understanding on commercial trade arrangement with FMCG principals, supported with strong network in the industry
  • Having the ability to build effective order management system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in data management (Ms. Excel, database, etc)
