Job Description
- Lead the team responsible for the adoption of Tokopedia’s fulfillment services across all types of merchants on Tokopedia platform
- Craft strategies and tactics to onboard merchants to use Tokopedia’s fulfillment service
- Design and execute commercial and promotional offering to attract merchants to use the fulfillment service
- Work with a team of subordinates, as well as orchestrate collaboration with various relevant teams at Tokopedia, to develop and execute various awareness and sales activities
- Own the entire journey of merchants experience as users of Tokopedia fulfillment service
- Develop, monitor, and maintain service adoption and customer satisfaction metrics
- Liaise with internal teams and partners to initiate improvement in service offering to maximize adoption and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coach team members to foster a highly fulfilling work environment and foster strong collaboration between team members
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience required
- Experience with handling clients / external parties or partners required
- Experience in running / managing a large scale sales effort is a plus
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is a plus
