Job Description
- Lead the team in charge of ensuring service excellence of Tokopedia’s fulfillment
- Identify and lead the execution of innovative solutions to develop a best in class fulfillment service to all segments of Tokopedia’s merchants: B2C, marketplace, and New Retail
- Develop, monitor, and maintain metrics to monitor the end-to-end performance of all parts of the fulfillment service
- Identify, develop, and execute initiatives to optimize fulfillment operations, including working with partners in optimizing end-to-end warehousing, first-mile, and second-mile network to achieve high quality, stable, and cost efficient service
- Manage relationships with partners to ensure a high and consistent level of service, including leading operational review meetings and operational improvement efforts
- Lead collaborations with Product team and other relevant internal teams to continuously improve service
- Manage and maintain the growing network of Tokopedia’s fulfillment service
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the following areas of study: supply chain management, industrial engineering, and engineering management. Master in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration is a plus
- Work experience in process improvement is required. Experience in supply chain / logistics consulting and implementation projects is preferred
- Outstanding problem solving skills, self-starter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment
