Job Description
- Build and manage relationship with partner.
- Evaluate partner performance and outcome, based on data provided by related partner management team.
- Work with colleagues in various team to define, design and develop solutions to improve.
- Improve operational efficiency by providing insight into operation’s business to become more profitable.
- Proactively suggest for further analysis to generate ideas for Improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a knowledge related to customer service or customer facing area.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in partnership or relationship management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skill.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.
- Proficient in negotiation and build relationship with partners.
