Job Description
- Production Specialist shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Handling concept, scriptwriting, and execution for all photos and video requirements necessary for the different Events, Projects and/or Channels.
- Generating concept, writing, producing, selecting music, collaborating with creative teams.
- Responsible for the entire project
- Participation and coordination within the Production Departments for the following:
- Planning, Coordination, Controlled of assigned productions, Overseeing the entire production process from end to end through:
- Research, Pre-production Servicing, Budget Management, Supplier/Talent acquisition and networking, Partner Marketing (whenever needed)
- Client Servicing, Event Proper Management, Post-production Servicing
- Responsible for conceptualizing and producing digital executions of the company.
- Joins brainstorming activities and conceptualize executions
- Creates and manages story and content ideas, considering the reader and audience appeal.
- Keeps abreast with the trends/technological advancements in the industry (mobile applications, software, and other forms of technological tools)
- Covers all possible news-worthy events for photo and video content.
- Monitors day-to-day trending topics & shows and create related articles and features
- Handles live streaming applications (if needed) to broadcast live all the essential parts of events being covered.
- Edits, scores, and renders photos and video features and promotional materials for the website and social networking sites (in close coordination with the team).
- Keeps track of the targets set for social media channels.
- Ensures timely release of photos and videos published on a different medium (e.g., lyric, official audio, in-studio)
- Monitors and reports details pertaining to the medium’s day-to-day hits
- Ensures all medium sections and schedules are updated daily
- Checks the quality of items encoded/loaded on the medium.
- Researches on the best trends and practices that can be used for repurposing initiatives
- Performs other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Video Production, Video Editing.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig
- Full-Time position(s) available.
