Job Description
- Build products and solutions
- Define coding standards and best practices
- Code reviews and analysis of technology environment
- Builds and manage project assets repo (codes and reusable library)
- Conducts brownbag sessions for Knowledge Transfer
- Reviews existing properties and provides roadmap to improve usability, scalability and efficiency that adheres to the defined coding standards and best practices
- Data analysis to improve platform and technology performance
- Builds onboarding training curriculum
- Responsible for the end to end execution of the defined and agreed solution
- Provides leadership and coaching to junior members and development team
- Setup and manage DEV and performance tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Develop, update and maintain website for different countries
- Front-end and Back-end web development
- Hands on coding and utilizing a wide range of web technologies including HTML, Javascript, JQuery and etc
- Implement best software development practice standards
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
