Job Description
- In charge of day to day reconciliation of payment to vendors
- In charge of day to day reconciliation of payment from customers
- Monitor customer payment and follow collection procedures
- Daily control monitoring AP & AR for the analysis report
- Monitor and perform inventory analysis
- Prepare and monitor actual cash flow in and out
- Review, Improve, implement, and monitor efficiency in finance and operational process and work closely with other departments (Product, Supply, and Commercial Team)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in startup or accounting firm, fresh graduates with outstanding record are welcome to apply,
- Advance skills in operating Ms Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Effective multitasking abilities, time management skills, and overall responsiveness with minimum supervision
- A strong problem-solving, analytical mindset in order to resolve complex operational issues
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Can start immediately
