Job Description
- Responsible for all sales activities
- Liaise with warehouse team for inbound, outbound and payment verification
- Leading, mentoring, coaching the team
- Daily/weekly report to head of retail
- Build and maintain relationship with distributors
- Help the team to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as Area Sales Manager/Regional Manager
- Have FMCG/Packaging/start up background is preferred
- Have experience in distributor management
- Have experience in General Trade market
- Strong leadership and have excellent ability in leading the team
- Have a good sales strategy and data management skill
- Comfortable working with number and target
