Job Description
- Prepare for incoming (supplier to warehouse)
- Inventory control/securing inventory level for customers
- Actively looking for new suppliers to compare each purchase with existing suppliers
- Create forecasting for all SKU
- Close communication with Sales and Warehouse regarding PO, stocks, and distribution
- Control billing documentation (PO, Invoice) from vendors until all documentation are submitted to finance
- Shrink and gain control
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors/ Suppliers
- Inventory schedule for new product
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent skill in google sheet / Ms. Excel, have good understanding of functions & formulas
- Any major, but business/industrial engineering major is preferable
- Willing to work in flexible time
- 1-2 years experience in production planning/ Distribution/ Logistics
- Ex Packaging/FMCG is a plus
- Specific Location: Surabaya.
