Job Description
- Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
- Create and developing marketing campaigns and marketing plans to increase brand awareness
- Conduct market research and analysis to keep up with the latest trends and updates with the market
- Introducing Tjetak to the market through various platform (Digital Marketing, Offline Event, Community, etc)
- Has the ability to identify target audiences
- Has the experience increasing traffic and engagement with the market
- Lead brand campaign and monitor the performance of marketing promotions (ATL & BTL will be advantage)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related field with min. 4 years of experience
- Experience building a team and build a branding image from zero to hero will be a big plus
- Proven and successful track record in executing ATL & BTL campaigns on multiple channels
- Has a strong and absolute communication skills
- Good attention to details
- The “out of the box” thinker
- Strong in analytical and research
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
