Job Description
- Handle calls and enquiries with the aim to clarify and direct towards resolution.
- Prepare simple quotations.
- Process customer orders, bills and accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide reporting to Sales and Customer Service teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Diploma III
- Young and dynamic.
- 1 - 2 years in customer Service experience recommended.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good networking in creative service fields.
- Professional, confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Familiar with design & technology are recommended.
- The ability to work with and motivate in a team.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good communication.
