Titanium Technologies is a software company founded in 1991. Titanium is composed of 90 rabid experienced, and dedicated IT and HR practitioners with a wide range of skills in deploying HR Solution. In 2001, Titanium pivoted to the Software-as-a-Service business model because they realized one cannot actually finish a software product. They felt that providing a vertically-integrated HR+IT service stack serves their customer better in order to reduce the points of contact in supporting the user and achieving HR Goals and strategy. In 2004, Titanium marked a major milestone when they launched their 3rd-generation solution called myHR,asia. It continues their web-based, hosted and subscription model but expands their feature set beyond timekeeping and payroll. myHR.asia consolidates all their learning and filed experience deploying HR Solutions for close to 200 clients in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia in the last 13 years.
