Job Description
- Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems, either over the phone or on-site;
- Provides support, availability, operation and recoverability of production systems, including support of end user needs;
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any college course but preferably Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- With experience in the following: LAN and Telecom maintenance, CCTV and Access Control maintenance; hardware and software installation/configuration and troubleshooting, Microsoft Office suite or similar windows-based productivity, database and reporting tools, Internet related set-up, installation and configuration; Experience with PC-based email and GroupWare is a plus
- Proficient in the use of: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and should be skilled in: Operating systems (Windows/UNIX/Linux/OSX), PC/Laptop Troubleshooting (hardware and software), Email systems (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange), PC Utility Tools, Internet/Intranet Installation and Configuration, Anti-virus software, Basic networking, CCTV and Access Control
- Willing to be based in Makati
