Job Description
- Develop and implement various recruitment strategies to ensure establishment of adequate pool to fill up vacancies on time.
- Process all qualified candidates to fill up vacancies for the Company and its Affiliates.
- Conduct desk screening for proper job matching, preliminary interviews, and background reference check.
- Coordinate interview schedules with the Department Heads / Managers concerned.
- Discuss results with Department Heads as input for making hiring decisions.
- Facilitate pre-employment processing of recruits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, and Development Management or any business-related course.
- 2-3 years of experience in various activities of recruitment and placement, preferably gained in the industry of manpower servicing.
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Can work in a fast-paced work environment and can relate to all levels of people in the organization.
- Willing to work in Pampanga.
