Job Description
- Develops urban and landscape projects - from conceptual design up to construction design stages and strategies.
- Develop strong relationship and proper coordination with government offices in terms of the required documentations.
- Organize and prepare urban development and land use planning, drawings and plans for submission in graphic presentations/formats.
- Develop skillful visual presentations and early design studies of internal projects; prepare 2D and 3D presentation design drawings of architecture projects, urban design and landscape architecture for management approval.
- Understand and translate design intents into technical drawings, preparation of contract documentation, bill of quantities and material costing according to prescribed budget.
- Can manage and prepare concept to design development drawings of urban planning projects with supervision of manager while applying proper quality control to the project.
- Refining concept plans in Photoshop to AutoCAD and preparation of presentation graphics; produce "mood" boards of internal projects for presentation to management
- On-site validation of Existing Land Use, Infrastructure Plans, and attends technical working meetings with possible locators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree holder in Architecture & Urban Planning or related disciplines
- Relevant work experience in the field mentioned is an advantage
- Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop, 3D-animation & Sketch-up.
- Strong foundation in urban planning & design
- Excellent hand graphics and skills in formulating design concepts for projects
- Experience in large-scale industrial, commercial, residential, mixed use development, urban design is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English.
