Job Description
- Lead and direct implementation and achievement of set targets
- Ensure overall performance in terms of sales volume, inventory management, and bottom line profitability
- People development
- Create sales plans and monitor sales pattern
- Determine market behavior
- Provide reporting and sales analysis
- Performs other duties as mabe assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power point
- Must have excellent Planning, People and Sales skills
- Result-oriented and seld-motivated
- Highly organized
- Excellent Communication skills - written and oral
- Must be willing to work extended hours
