Responsibilities:
- Discover new opportunities and create projects related but not limited to product/feature development to drive growth in the company
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to manage the entire cycle of growth projects
- Understand the changes in data and make decisions based on it
- Analyze customer funnel to locate points of possible improvement
- Perform A/B testing to optimize the existing and future products/features
- Follow latest trends on the ecommerce and fashion industry, understand the customer, and know the competition to make informed decisions
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business/marketing or similar fields
- Experienced in growth strategy for at least 5 years
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Resilient and result-driven
- Knowledgeable in technology products
- Strong analytical skills, able to work with complex customer data
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
