Project and Business operations manager is responsible for all project timelines and execution strategies to ensure timely and collaborative operations between teams and individuals.

Key Expectations are including, but no limited to:

  • Keep track of project management, record-keeping, budget management, special projects, and other administrative duties
  • Coordinate implementation of company wide initiatives and events
  • Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
  • Monitor overall business operations process in Stellar Women.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the project communication, training and change management activities.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external parties to ensure proper operational processes of the company.
  • Track follow up on process dependencies and communicate status to upper management and required stakeholders.
  • Define and report on program status, issues and success metrics.
  • Evaluate high level business problems to identify and execute logical programs and solutions to solve the problem.
  • Provide updates to the Governance and Decision Committee related to program milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to successfully drive initiatives throughout the process.
  • Provide work direction, training, and development to cross-functional team members.
  • Schedule the daily/weekly cadence of the program activities, development of the communication, implementation, and launch support plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Work with sales team to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ year’s experience in project management
  • Proactive self-starter with positive and flexible attitude that flourishes in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multitask a high-volume ton of projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and proven management
  • Desire to take ownership of new projects and responsibilities as they arise
  • Interest in learning about multiple areas of business within the company - production, talent, operations
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
