Sales Administrative Assistant  

To assist and work to standard operating procedures in line with the overall company policy, procedure, rules, and regulations by effectively carry out the varied workload. Dealing with all concern, requirement, and assistance with Merchandiser and Sales Assistants. Monitoring of the updated requirement of order processing, telemarketing and customer and preparation. Writing letters and correspondence, filing and assisting in sales report preparation. Coordination with various departments and third-party manpower. Payroll preparation and encoding among others in support of the company's total objective.

• College Level/graduate of Business Studies/Administration/Management course and related field or equivalent.
• Male or Female at least 20 years of age, mature in handling responsibilities and can work with minimum supervision.
• At least 1-2 years of office experience specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support and an FMCG or Food industry background.

Knowledge and skills

• In-depth knowledge of office Procedure, proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPiont
• With good English composition, writing skills including proof-reading/editing skills and basic knowledge of writing business correspondence.
• Keen on details, problems solver and customer-oriented through handing customer's phone queries and concern.
• Efficient and independent worker and a good team player.
• Strong organization and time management skills and able to work under fast-paced and multi-tasking environment and prolong working hours when required.
