Job Description
- Receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account
- Preparing statements to credit department if customer fails to respond
- Initiating repossession proceedings or service disconnection
- Keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
- Assist in the day to day activities of the department and perform both defined and ‘as needed’ functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Can follow instructions and daily tasks
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
