Office Staff shall perform the clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of the ff.:
- answering telephones,
- record keeping/filing,
- typing or word processing,
- office machine operation,
- coordination with other department
- and filing.
Minimum Qualifications
Times Trading Co., Inc. one of the leading distributor of school and office supplies in the country such as Elmer's glue, Maped, Artline and many more since 1945 is in need of passionate individuals for OFFICE STAFF post.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Management or any related course.
- Required skill(s): with good analytical skills, good communication skills, with leadership skills, detail-oriented, with advance knowledge in MS Office applications.
- With at least 6 months – 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work with a Monday to Saturday schedule.
