Campaign Director  

Job Summary:

• The Campaign Director plays a key role in driving strategy throughout the branded campaigns. The Campaign Director gathers, defines, and clarifies the insights that will drive our creative solutions which help us make a difference in our own and our client’s business. You will be expected to lead the campaigns team, guide the team on how to properly manage clients and campaigns, and maintain high standards for the department outputs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Campaign Managers and guide them through the execution of branded campaigns
• Oversee the performance and activities of the Campaign Managers and monitor their productivity
• Provide feedback and training to Campaign Managers if necessary
• Act as the project management lead for the Campaigns team
• Develop an understanding of the business environment and strategy
• Lead the ideation process with the sales and creatives teams to define project objectives, set key performance areas, and establish project approach and strategy
• Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace
• Select appropriate frameworks, tools, and approaches to use in solving problems or for devising plans for campaigns
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business model structure, monetization strategies, product portfolio planning, and customer/market needs
• Achieve a high level of performance and quality in the Campaigns department, and deliver quality projects that provide exceptional business value to clients

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in business administration, management, marketing or a relevant field
• Proven working experience as a project manager, campaign manager, digital marketing manager or a relevant role
• Proven experience as a team leader or department head; can lead a team of 4 or more members
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Social Media Analytics & Ads/Business Manager
• Proficiency in English & Filipino
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in developing strategic plans & execution timelines for projects, managing projects across different teams, and ensuring output is produced at the required standards
• Good knowledge of digital media and how strategic planning influences it
• The ability to make complex subjects understandable
• Must be agile in terms of meeting clients’ expectations, understands the importance of proper client service and displays a sense of urgency when dealing with clients
• Driven to be successful and perform well in all aspects of work and the initiative to explore new ways to make the workplace and the people more productive or efficient
• The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
