Job Description
Job Summary:
The Talent Coordiniator will be mainly responsible in ensuring the successful execution of campaigns by acting as a communicator between the campaigns team and the Tier One talents. You will be entrusted with tracking and monitoring all aspects of the campaigns of your assigned talent from the deliverables, scheduling, and the progress of the campaign until its completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Constantly communicate with talents about campaigns
- Monitor the schedule of talents especially with regard to the progress of campaigns
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Brief talents
- Work within a budget and report any overspend
- Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
- Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Take responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Talent Manager, Campaign Manager, Marketing, Digital Advertising or other relevant experience.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional project management and communication skills are essential
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent Management, Project Management, Numerical skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
