- Acts as Cash Custodian of the branch including ATM operation and reconciliation.
- Acts as co-custodians of keys, combinations, and accountable forms together with the Co-signor.
- Manages the over-all operations of the branch and oversees its physical aspects.
- Supervises the Teller and New Accounts sections.
- Handles inward checks, RCOCI and returned check deposits and processes outward checks for clearing.
- Maintains Cash-in-Vault (CIV) within a limit and transfers excess cash, if any to depository bank.
- Approves/disapproves over-the-counter transactions and other bank transactions.
- Approves opening of accounts and ensures that required documents are submitted.
- Supervises over-the-counter bills payments and remittance services.
- Balances daily CIV and ensure shortages/overages are properly booked if any.
- Administers reactivation and closing of accounts and monitors dormant accounts.
- Maintains files of sensitive bank and customer records.
- Reviews supporting documents and required approval of expenses.
- Coordinates with Branch Accounting on the correct booking of accounts and ensures that records are in order.
- Performs cross-selling and in-house marketing of the Bank’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Monitors the CSAs in the performance of their job and coaches them as necessary.
- Supervises the janitors, messengers and security guards and ensures branch cleanliness is observed and security measures are implemented.
- Performs regular branch meeting and updates branch personnel on the issuances of new policies and procedures affecting branch operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers.
- Full-Time position available.
- Preferrably with banking experience.
- Willing to be assigned in Tiaong, Quezon.
