- Supervise the sales team’s daily performance or target and follow up on new or used sales achievements and take part in casual transactions.
- Supervise the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure the specific portfolios of business performances are met.
- Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.
- Determine and manage budget, ensuring that funds are allocated appropriately and for the benefit of the wider organization in order to meet its objectives.
- Directly report to the Branch Banking Department Head.
- Execute tasks, assignments, and duties assigned by the COO and CEO from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably with experience in the banking industry.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
