- Active solicitation of loan accounts by offering loan products that may meet the customers need.
- Development of sales channel and execution of loan activities to achieve the bank’s target.
- Analyze applicant financial status, credits, collateral eligibility, etc. to determine and calculate risk and possibility of granting loans.
- Reviewing and updating customer loan profiles, loan agreements, and other pertinent documents needed for credit processing and loan bookings.
- Protects bank's image by keeping mortgage loan information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results as needed.
- Perform such additional work as may be required by the Bank from time to time under the terms and conditions, and according to the directions, instructions, and control, of the Bank.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with banking experience in the related field;
- Must be a resident of CALABARZON area;
- Sales and Accounts Management skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
