- Solicit new and repeat loan accounts in accordance with the guidelines stated in the product manual;
- Receive loan applications and assist in pre-screening loan applicants;
- Conduct client orientation;
- Conduct credit investigation for borrowers and their co-makers.
- Evaluate cash flow of loan applicants;
- Present loan applications for approval;
- Ascertain the completeness of loan documents;
- Collect deposits and loan payments when applicable;
- Conduct daily review of collection efficiency;
- Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer to Branch Unit Supervisor;
- Recommend remedial measures for delinquent clients in accordance with the policies procedures contained in the product manual;
- Responsible for the attainment of his/her performance targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course;
- Preferably knows how to drive motorcycle;
- Experience as an account officer with reputable Microfinance Institutions an advantage but not a requirement;
- Must be willing to work on the field and be relocated.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
