Job Description
- Recording, Maintaining and Reporting Human Resource Information
- Processing of Benefits for Employees.
- Reporting of new employees to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
- Pre-processing of Daily Time Record.
- Establishing and maintaining professional working relations with applicants, employees and visitors.
- Processing of employee separation. Maintains an organized filing/records keeping system.
- Responsible in Employee Recruitment and Selection.
- Assist in the preparation for Company gatherings, trainings and corporate meetings.
- Other duties & reponsibilities related to HRA which may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Psychology/HR Management.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations.
- Must be organized and accurate.
- Willing to extended hours.
