Job Description
We are looking for In - House Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation of pumps/controller.
- Testing and commissioning of pumps/controller.
- Troubleshooting of pumps/controller.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Document processes
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
- Have technical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- English literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Likes to read English manuals
- Knowledge in making technical reports
- Willing to do field work
- Wiling to work beyond office hours
- Will be assigned in Quezon City
