Document Controller  

Implements and develops the Document Management System and the announcement procedure as well as find ways on how to digitize and automate documents management and announcements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews and develops procedures related to the request and control of documents and records, as well as announcement dissemination to ensure relevance and implementation within the organization.
• Plans and coordinates with the Department Document Custodians (DDC) regarding the development of the Amici Document Management System to enable the efficient retrieval of documents in any department.
• Plans and develops the record keeping of identified essential corporate documents and archived files as well as creates and develops back up systems to ensure recovery in case of emergencies.
• Implements and develops standard formats for all company issued documents to ensure proper serialization, circulation, distribution, reproduction, availability, safekeeping, and proper disposal.
• Increases usage of the Amici Information Management System to enable a clear, simple, efficient way to know updates about company procedures and policies.
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all ISO compliance requirements.

• A graduate of Information Technology, Library Science, Business Administration major in Operations or any business-related courses.
• At least two (2) working experience in Document Management and Information Management.
• Must have business correspondence skills.
• Adept at using spreadsheets, word processors, online forms, database and website management
