Human Resource Intern  

Assists in all facets of human resources management, which include Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Learning and Development, to ensure the delivery of comprehensive HR services to the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Schedules and facilitates examinations and interviews by coordinating appointments.

2. Assists in all pre-employment processes and procedures which include but are not limited to conducting background investigations and ensuring receipt of complete pre-employment requirements.

3. Conducts orientations such as new hire orientation.

4. Assists in all employment process and procedures which include but are not limited to ID creation, email creation, HRIS update and uniform acquisition processing.

5. Prepares, processes, files, records all employment documents of employees.

6. Coordinates to all concerned employees regarding the changes and/or updates in employment details of each employee.

7. Assists in the planning, creation, implementation, evaluation and improvement of employee engagement programs.

8. Assists in the resolution of employee relations issues which may include but are not limited to the handling of disciplinary and grievance concerns.

1. Currently pursuing any four(4) year course in the related field

2. Possess good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

3. Able to work with mathematical concepts

4. Good problem solving and decision-making skills

5. Basic knowledge and understanding of labor laws

6. Good analytic skills

7. Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
