Job Description
Responsible for planning, supervision, monitoring, and controlling of work schedule within time and quality standards to ensure that there are no unresolved tasks within the agreed service level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the accuracy and validity of information from all service requests.
- Assigns job orders within time requirements to field personnel according to their technical competency to avoid back jobs.
- Develops and implements a reporting system for field personnel to ensure a sustainable monitoring of job order status.
- Prepares and implements Corrective Action/Preventive Action System to ensure high quality of service deliverables.
- Executes daily briefing of instruction before dispatching of field personnel to ensure that they understand correctly the job order requirement established in the weekly WIG meeting.
- Accountable for proper requisition and liquidation of payment requests to ensure optimum funds for job orders as well as preparation and releasing of materials and tools to facilitate proof request and release.
- Trains and develops service personnel to increase technical proficiencies.
- Accountable to make sure there is another schedule acceptable to the client and the company for a job he/she is handling if the other schedule or job order is necessary for the turnover of the job.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have extensive experience with water heaters, air conditioners, pumps, and other mechanical equipment
- Must have experience in HVAC, AC, Chillers, Electrical, Genset, Powerplant.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be have planning, organizing, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
