Preventive Maintenance Sales Engineer  

Responsible for handling and monitoring sales, marketing activities including technical presentations in relation to preventive maintenance services and other related products. He/she will aggressively develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets within assigned territory, accounts or market segments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by adopting the company's sales processes and activity management system.

2. Works with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and uses technical know-how to determine and explain solutions that will best benefit clients.

3. Resolves customer concerns and complaints by activities which include but not limited to proper coordination with support groups, developing solutions, compiling reports, making recommendations to management, etc.

4. Reports to management through regular activity, itinerary and results reviews and process improvements.

5. Follows through on customer needs, to ensure all administrative, accounting, receivable, and service issues are properly coursed through the point persons/departments participating in the account.

6. Accountable for ensuring client information and transactions, such as names, contact details, order data remain accurate.

7. Informs clients of important product information, such as product limitations, safety warnings, return policy and warranty conditions.

8. Keeps up to date on industry and market trends visible from the front lines, and works with management to enable the company to adapt to customer needs.

1. Must be a graduate of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic), or have working experience in handling or selling maintenance/engineering services in current/previous employment.

2. Must have skills in corporate/institutional sales, business planning, and development, presentations and demonstrations, office applications.

3. Must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

4. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including business presentation and negotiation.

5. Must be flexible to work independently under pressure, and willing to do field work regularly

6. Must be innovative and aggressive in looking for target accounts.

7. Amenable to work in Quezon City
