Graduated from college
  • Candidates must have completed at least 2 years in college
  • Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience, eg: customer facing, voice, email or chat
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding KPI’s and/or targets on a weekly & monthly basis
  • Excellent English & communication skills is a requirement
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly with escalated scenarios
  • Positive attitude, flexible and reliable
  • Proven good track record in attendance
  • Must be willing to work in BGC/The Fort, Taguig
  • Must be willing to work on SHIFTING SCHEDULE
Job Description

We are looking for passionate individuals who love customer service, their customers, like to have fun, be recognised and work hard in a fast paced environment answering customer emails and calls!

Role Specifics

  • Provide inbound post-sale customer support, via email and voice.
  • All agents handle both email and calls. Approximately 80% email and 20% calls.
  • Deal with customers from Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
