- Minimum 6 months Customer Service experience, eg: customer facing, voice, email or chat
- Experience in meeting or exceeding KPI’s and/or targets on a weekly & monthly basis
- Excellent English & communication skills is a requirement
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly with escalated scenarios
- Positive attitude, flexible and reliable
- Proven good track record in attendance
- Must be willing to work in BGC/The Fort, Taguig
- Must be willing to work on SHIFTING SCHEDULE

- Provide inbound post-sale customer support, via email and voice.
- All agents handle both email and calls. Approximately 80% email and 20% calls.
- Deal with customers from Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
