Order Management Specialist  

The Role
Perform a range of different back office tasks related to the fulfilment of sales orders. Includes voice and non-voice communication with vendors.

The Mission
Ensure that our customers receive their purchases as quickly and with as few problems as possible.

Role Specifics

• Part of a critical specialist team responsible for monitoring and ensuring the fulfillment of sales orders
• Using online tools and resources; you will investigate exceptions in the order supply chain, identifying and rectifying the cause of the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible
• You will constantly communicate with suppliers, freight carriers and other fulfillment partners around with world through telephone
• You will liaise with an internal customer support team to ensure rapid resolution and turnaround for order-related customer queries
• You will work on the front line of a complex and challenging business, identifying problem areas and improvements and filtering this information up to management

Skills Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years experience specialized in Order Fulfillment / Order Entry and other related
• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Independent and self-motivated
• Analytical mind
• Above-average computer, data entry and administration skills
• Strong decision making skills and ability to work autonomously
• Positive attitude, flexible and reliable
• Can multi-ask and resolve issues during challenging times and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly with escalated scenarios
• Willing to work in BGC - NIGHT SHIFT
