Job Description
The Accounting Assistant wiill support the Accounting department by performing tasks such as processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
Primary Functions:
- Prepare Journal and Accounts Payable Vouchers
- Prepare and file tax forms and schedule
- Prepare bank reconsiliation statements
- Prepare Ad-oc reports
- Maintenance of the Accounting files and records
- Ensure information are accurate and complete when processing Request for Payment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy
- CPA would be an advantage
- Audit experience is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
