Job Description
The Property Specialist will promote the RHK Land projects through various Sales and Marketing initiatives such as advertisements, open houses, sponsored events. Build and maintain strong social and/or professional network. Brief and update clients on the latest market trends, prices, legal, and/or documentation related matter.Ensure successful sales
- Promote the RHK Land brand
- Generate new leads
- Meet and exceed prescribed sales quota
- Ensure Real Estate licenses and accreditations are updated
- Invite prospective clients to visit the Sales Show Suite
- Assist the clients with documentation needed for booking
- Extend aftersales service
Minimum Qualifications
- With personality and confidence to meet up with high end market of condominium selling;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ably Memorize and master product information and salient data;
- With positive attitude, grace under pressure, self-motivation and self-drive towards meeting quota and goals;
- Basic knowledge in digital sales and marketing;
- Team Player and Service Oriented;
- Equipped with customer service skills;
- Preferable with property selling and real estate background;
- Having a car is an advantage but is not a requirement;
- A great Plus Factor: Knowledge in Digital Selling; A Multi-lingual Communicator.
