Job Description
- Respond to complaints from customers, and give after-sales support when requested
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Responds to any inquiries form the consumer
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent
- With above average negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Flexible, Analytical and willing to extend working hours
- Proficient in computer applications
