Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- With above average negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Assist in generating sales leads with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible, analytical and willing to extend working hours
- Proficient in computer applications
