Job Description
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Alert managers about cancelations or new meetings.
- Greet and receive visitor.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Manage travel and schedule of Executives. Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
- Coordinate committees and task forces.
- Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business related.
- Very keen to details.
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Can work under pressure and able to multi task, results-oriented and with initiative
